Basically, Yakult is a probiotic drink that has live cultures, sort of like a yogurt drink. I may be a bit off since I don't eat yogurt and can't for the life of me remember what yogurt tastes like.

And, as luck would have it, I did notice the little package of seven, 65 ml see-through bottles. Even if it comes at a ludicrously high price, at almost four euros a package.

Compared with cultured foods like yogurt, probiotic supplements offer both advantages and disadvantages.
