Try it - maybe you'll like it!
Originally my wife had these recommended by a local chiropractor because she was always tired. She liked them (at about $15 per bottle!) so I found them on the internet at a much cheaper price of $6-9. She has been using them about 10 years and swears by them. My mother, who'll be 93 in September, has been getting a monthly B-12 shot for over 25 years which never fails to perk her up. Mom's doctor tells me it is not an effective booster for everyone. You have to try it and see if it helps. I tried the pills for a month, and couldn't discern any change, but I take a Vitamin B complex pill daily which probably serves the same purpose. Note: This is the cheapest I have seen the Twin Labs brand!

Good stuff.
It's good to be able to find a vegetarian source of B12 for such a cheap price. I hesitated with a lot of other supplements because a great many of them came from animal sources, and I'm just not into that. This is a good product; my energy levels have shot up within a couple of weeks of using this, and I don't need a zillion cups of coffee to get me through my day anymore. And it dissolves in just a minute, and tastes pretty decent for a vitamin. Highly recommended for vegetarians and vegans who need B12, but don't want to compromise their diets for a supplement.

Keeps B12 levels at an excellent level
I cannot absorb B12 through dietary intake, so I must supplement. I did shots for awhile, then switched to sublinguals. My research indicated that methylcobalamin B12 is most easily absorbed, and my lab work has proven it. My B12 level is consistently excellent since I started methylcobalamin B12 sublinguals.

Great Supplement at a Great Price
I've ordered this twice from WonderLabs, on the recommendation of another Amazon user. It's a high-quality sublingual (under the tongue) B12 with B6 and Folic Acid (which, when paired with B12, has been shown to lower HOMOCYSTEIN levels in the blood, helping to reduce heart attack risk). Fast dissolving, nice taste
I will update this review in a couple of months. For now I will say that the small pills dissolve quickly under the tongue and the flavor isn't bad, maybe a tad on the sweet side but quite tolerable.My body seems to be absorbing the vitamin B12 well and it's only been a week. I'm taking two pills daily.UPDATE (December 2011):I've been taking vitamin B-12 daily for a year now. It does help, though its effects were more noticeable during the first two or three months. I suppose that's natural.I'm very happy with this brand. I tried a liquid version (spray from) of B-12 for a month or so and at first I liked it better than the pills, but after a while the taste of the liquid intensified and became rather unpalatable. The pills always taste the same and don't need to be refrigerated.Good product.

great b12 pills
these dissolve very quickly and easily under your tongue and taste good... almost a little more sweet than I would like but, it's fine... 2500Mcg is a good dose per pill so you can manage your B12 intake with ease.. I take two or sometimes three of these a day... spread them out by 8 hours or so.. seems to work very well for me.

Truly works
I used to have to get vitamin B-12 shots @the Dr's office once a month to keep my levels up. I am on medication that inhibits B-12 absorption. I wanted to try something easier than making the trek to the Dr's so often and decided to try this instead. I took only one a day, and had my B-12 level checked now and then, and it was just fine! Now I just have it checked once a year, and no problems....my levels have stayed up. So, I can attest to it's potency and effects!

Excellent Remedy for Canker Sores - At a Great Price !
These Source Natural sublingual B-12 tablets are a wonder drug for those who suffer from canker sores. I had purchased Avamin Melts which have the same bioactive form of B-12 (methylcobalamin), which worked like a charm but were quite expensive. Doesn't dissolve under my tongue
I've been taking this product for over a week and for what ever reason this tablet does not dissolve under my tongue. It has not reached its expiration date, so I'm rather perplexed. Now I crush it somewhat and place it under my tongue. I plan to try a different sublinqual brand. Before deciding on which type of B12 to take, I encourage you to read the book, Could It Be B12?: An Epidemic of Misdiagnoses, also available on Amazon or possibly at your local library. REALLY NOTICED A DIFFERENCE!
I have tried other sublingual B-12's (MRM's) and never noticed much but this one had really good results for me.Most sublingual B-12's are cherry and this tastes pretty much like the rest. It also doesn't dissolve all that well but I find that also with other sublinguals. The methylcobalamin B12 is the only one that crosses the blood brain barrier. I think the 5000 mcg is the highest dosage made in one sublingual.I just had a huge relapse of my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome. I searched for something that might help my debilitating brain fog. I got this out of desperation. I actually tried to cancel my order but I'm glad I didn't. I really noticed the results on the 2nd day.I take on as soon as I wake up and my brain fog is about 90% gone. I also have some extra energy which I really need in the morning. Wonderful Product
I have multiple medical conditions, including B-12 deficiency, poor absorption issues, and severe hypothyroidism. A few years ago, I began having "shooting pain" that felt like gasoline/electrical surges in my arms and legs. No matter what medications I took, nothing helped and the pain intensified. I was told that I was close to B-12 deficiency, yet all the supplements that I tried didn't work. Finally I found Jarrow Methyl B-12 after reading on line where it was a potential aid for my condition. Since then I have taken it religiously. I have reported to my doctor that without it, I believe my health would have rapidly worsened. The pain is gone and I feel 100% better now that I am taking Methyl B-12 from Jarrow. Are they truly "sublingual"?
I ordered these to help boost my energy levels. I ordered this specific item because: the form of B-12 in this item is better absorbed, so the research seems to indicate, than over varieties. I also liked the high dosage. (As of the time of this review, there is no evidence that I have been able to find that indicates any harm in taking higher doses... some evidence suggests, and I am inclined to believe, that many could benefit from taking higher amounts of B-12...)We have been using them about a week, and i do notice a slight elevation in mood, and perhaps a bit more mental clarity in the last few days. I have not had my blood levels checked by a health care professional (recommended), but have made an appointment to do so.If my levels are below what they need to be, it could take some time before I see more results. Cool Stuff
I'm having some issues with my finger nail getting warped and very heavily ridged. I read that a deficiency in Vit B12 could cause some of that. I guess some of us aren't absorbing it through our intestines like younger people due to IBS or whatever. So I'm giving the b12 lozenges a try.So far, so good. My nails don't look horribly dry and brittle now, but it has only been a few weeks. It will really take more like a couple of months to see if this is doing the trick. The tablets are quiet tasty, very orange. They are small and melt very easily. Cool.On thing to be aware of though, B12 gives you a boost of energy. It isn't anything like caffeine, but if you take it at night you'll not be ready for bed at the normal time. haha

Happy with this brand
I actually started looking for the methylcobalamin type b12 after reading it was way better than the cyanocobalamin type which is a cyanide compound. I had never known about the cyanide until I came across the information by chance while researching b vitamines on the internet. Well, I would prefer to not feed myself cyanide, even if it is a small amount, so I started looking for the other types of b12 at my local chain drug stores. Every single bottle had the cyanocobalamin in it. I did eventually find this Now brand at a local vitamin store after calling around. The local GNC didnt even have the methylcobalamin type. So I have now tried this Now brand Methyl B-12 and am happy with them. I got this same brand/mcg/count at the Vitabulk in Gainesville GA. They have a fruity type taste to them and the bottle states to either chew or hold in mouth till disolved.

PLEASE TAKE TIME TO LEAVE REVIEWS ON PRODUCTS. IT IS SO HELPFUL TO FELLOW AMAZONITES!I like this b-12. It is reasonably priced. I believe that the shots are the very best form . The sublingual tablets or liquid are the 2nd best for absorption. These taste really good. They remind me of the candy necklaces we use to wear and eat as kids. Just put them under your tongue and try to keep from chewing them! Let them dissolve. Won't hurt to take too many either as the extra is just passed out of your body in urine. I take them whenever I am feeling kind of low and "out of steam". Also for low blood sugar.I give these to my mom as they are supposed to be very beneficial for Alzheimers. B-12 supports cognitive function.I have always read b-12 should be given with folic acid for maximum absorption. It would be nice if they had folic acid in them-if possible to do in sublingual state.Will be purchasing again.
