Excellent English Orange Marmalade
I was recently shopping for my favorite orange marmalade and my local supermarket was out of it. I noticed this Robertsons brand on the shelf and decided to give it a try.The Robertsons was a couple of dollars less than the Dundee brand, but it was only 12 oz as opposed to 16 oz for Dundee. I found it to be an excellent bitter sweet marmalade, although slightly sweeter than I prefer. A more bitter than sweet flavor would be more to my liking, but that's a matter of personal preference. I like rind in my marmalade and it had a decent amount of rind in it but it seemed less than the Dundee brand.Scotland is the home of bitter sweet marmalade, this is where Dundee was made for many years until they shifted there plant to England recently. HURRY UP with the next book....you have left me hanging!
This was the second book I read in the "Letters of Fire and Sword" series and I am hooked. I am amazed at the detail Mr. Grote weaves into his story and will wait patiently for the next in the series, Revenge. I appreciate the profile of each of the characters at the end of the book and the "Gaelic" addendum. For the last several days as I saw the story coming to an end I savored my time reading....I just did not want it leave the excitement. This book has it all, mystery, mayhem,and several spirited ladies.

Great book!
This is the third book in the series. It is another great read. The sub-stories within the main story were great reading almost like you were there witnessing the events. Looking forward to the Raven.

Tally Ho Review
I have read all 3 books written by Kevin John Grote. This one was very entertaining with a well written story. Once I started reading I could not stop. There is history, as well as mystery, to interest all readers. His characters are very interesting to say the least. Cannot wait for his next book.
