Amazing
My wife and I bought this product for our young daughter because she has a hair condition in which her hair is soooo dry that it constantly breaks off thus appearing as if she doesn't have much hair. The hair she does have doesn't even feel like hair it feels more like carpet that is until we started using this product. The first time we used it we noticed that her hair really felt soft when we finished. By about the 4th time we used the product my daughters hair felt normal all of the time, it is no longer breaking off and even has developed a sheen.We had tried everything from oiling her hair twice a day to using perscription medication to try and help but nothing did. This worked; now I will admit that by the 4th treatment we were using the Nexus Shampoo and Humestress Conditioners in conjunction with this product so that may have helped as well but this about the best haircare product I or my wife have ever seen.This is a reconstructor people, not shampoo...

Miracle in a Bottle
I purchased this product about 3 months ago and it is a miracle in a bottle. My hair was breaking off for unknown reasons. After the first use, I noticed my hair stopped breaking. I use this product every two weeks on my relaxed hair. The key is to wash your hair with your regular shampoo, rinse and then put Emergencee on. Leave it on for at least 5 minutes. (Once I went outside and did a little shopping and came back.) Wash the product out with water only, then shampoo your hair again and condition and style as usual. My hair is stronger, healthier, and bouncier then it has ever been. When I comb my hair in the shower or out of the shower there is little or no breakage. I could go on and on about this product. I will never do without it.

Well, I LOVE this stuff regardless of the bad reviews. Instead of everyone getting 'so crazy' over this product, it's best to remember that not every 'thing' will work for 'everyone'.All I know is that 'EMERGENCEE' works for me.Now then, my hair is not really damaged... but I do COLOUR it, and I do use a BLOW-DRYER, HOT ROLLERS, and my HARD-BONNET HAIR DRYER all the time so... it just seems prudent to me to incorporate a PROTEIN RECONSTRUCTOR and DEEP CONDITIONER from time to time. The Best Conditioner Ever
I know everyone's hair is different. I have thick, long, dry, color-treated hair that tends to tangle. Normally, I do not wash my hair any more frequently than twice a week unless I've worked up a sweat. This is by far the best conditioner I've ever used and believe me, I've tried a lot of products! I apply a generous amount after shampooing and use a wide tooth comb to comb through my wet hair. I let it sit in my hair for about 5 minutes and then rinse it out. The appearance and texture of the hair is superior after using this product. No need to use anything else, like leave in conditioners, gels, mousse, etc. I let my hair air-dry and use a good quality hot iron on it and it looks just beautiful!This is just a great product. Try it and convince yourself!

This Smoothing Conditioner is the Bomb!
I use this to maintain my synthetic lace front wigs and it works awesomely. The synthetic hair can become very unmanageable. It frizzes and tangles and is a mess 3-5 days of everyday wear (and I remove mine nightly). This product helps to tame those frizzies and releases those tangles instantly. The hair is not only renewed, it's refreshed. The hair is soft and very bouncy aafterwards there is no stiffness in it at all (be careful with the amount of conditioner used) and the scent is amazing. Vast difference after FIRST use!
I'm not going to lie, I was VERY unsure about this product but I decided to buy it anyway. I straighten and blow dry my hair everyday. My split ends were getting to the point of having a mind of their own. I absolutely HATE getting my hair cut so I just avoid it and only go when my hair is REALLY bad (you'd think I'd learn...). Well it was getting to that point and I was dreading having to cut so much of my hair off so I decided to try something new. Honestly, I couldn't pick up a hunk of my hair without finding some pretty insane split ends. It just wasn't possible. So, I decided to take one last attempt at buying a product that is suppose to mend split ends.Boy, am I glad I did. I'm impressed. It works!
Amazing difference after the first use of this and the conditioner. My hair is fine and tinted. The conditioner didn't give that slick conditioned feeling. far stiffer but the stuff soaks in like mad. I used the leaveiin as well. My color looks richer, ends no longer brittle & fuzzy. the longer I use Pro Mend, the more my over processed hair looks freshly cut. As a former hairdresser, I'm stunned by that. Its hair rescue.

This stuff really works

Works wonders!
I love, love, love this product. I have had frizzy hair for a few years now. I just turned 40, so it may be an age thing (I've noticed that my hair is becoming a little coarser). I've always had dry hair (and skin) and my hair is very fine to begin with, so it breaks easily. I also get my hair highlighted every few months, which can't be good for my hair either. I tend to get split ends rather quickly-- so much so that the bottom of my hair tends to sort of fan out a little instead of hanging straight. I've tried every product I could find that promised frizz removal: shampoos & conditioners, leave-in treatments, natural oils, anti-frizz serums, etc. Nothing worked. It was especially embarrassing because the hairs that would break near the top of my head would also frizz up, making my hair condition even more noticable. Great product for those of us who want to trim/cut less!
This product does an excellent job of smoothing ends. I have medium length curly/frizzy hair that I am currently trying to grow out. My hair grows slow...slow...SLOW so I needed a product that would at the very least give the appearance of having no split ends because if I were to trim my hair every 6 to 8 weeks, I'd never be able to grow my hair out.The product is a creamy moisturizer and has a light perfume smell. I admit the smell is annoying, but it goes away after about 30 minutes, and it doesn't bother me enough to dock a star. It comes in a pump and 1 pump for my medium length hair is more than enough. A little definitely goes a long way. Okay long story short, lost some hair due to an accident and some neurological meds, growing it back, really want to keep it healthy. I have had some breakage in the back of my head. I have been using satin pillowcases to reduce breakage and a satin nightcap on my restless nights to stop snarls. But I do have some broken ends because I am trying to grow my hair out from the hair loss I suffered and I'm going a lot longer in between haircuts. I tried this product as a standalone and it's okay. It will smooth your hair and stop the frizz, but you won't see any dramatic frizz fixing long term.So then I tried the overnight treatment in combination with the leave in treatment. My hair was better, slightly less frizz on the ends, but I could feel that the back was still in rough shape. I tried the leave in conditioner for 1 week before adding the overnight. I cannot recommend this product enough. I literally want to call Nexxus and thank them for making this conditioner. It completely changed my hair for the better. Big Fan!!
I first heard about this Nexxus product on the radio, during a time when I have been wishing for smoother hair. I get split ends and dryness from highlights (on top of highlights, and so on). When I first bought the shampoo and conditioner at Ulta, the sales clerk told me she had a friend who tried it and LOVED it. I realized it is expensive and I'd have to buy it only now and then, as a splurge. Then I found it at Amazon, a few dollars less expensive. It was icing on the cake to find out I could order it on "Subscribe and Save," saving 20% over Amazon's already pretty good price.
