Not cheap but convenient
You could put something like this together for much less than it costs but if you're short on time then these straps do the trick. I use them on all tall/heavy furniture that's at risk of toppling in an earthquake or if baby climbs on them. They come in enough colors that I can match them to to the furniture and they don't look too bad.

Great product, fast shipment!
I only gave this product four stars for ease of installation. It will get five stars if the straps actually work during an earthquake, but hopefully I will never have to find that out. Yes you can buy your own straps and screws, but the part that attaches to your furniture here is velcro actually sewn in a very strong manner to the strap. It was easy to install, and the fact the velcro is sewn on and not just stuck on gives added security to the overall strength of the strap. Yeah they're maybe a little pricey, but they're quick and easy to install, and I'd rather buy these than deal with all my broken possessions if a big quake does hit my area. I used them on bookshelves, file cabinet, dressers, bedroom set w/ mirrored headboard.. Fast shipping from Grady's Hardware too. Pretty happy overall.

Different Amazon vendors give different cables! Cellular 5 Star gave best. Importer520 cables were okay. Item44less were worst
I compared the cable I received with my original iPhone 4 and 3 cables. I cannot tell any differences other than a slightly different feel of the rubber/plastic material along the cable length, which by the way also differs between my genuine Apple iphone 4 and 3 cables. Another reviewer posted pictures on Amazon in which the cable in question appeared to have a slightly wider or larger connectors, but mine are identical in size, and appearance.I am very happy with this purchase and will purchase several more.ADDENDUM April 20, 2011=======================After my initial great experience with the cable (that I ordered from Amazon's merchant Cellular 5 Star), I ordered 3 more cables, and did not realize that the "default" merchant had changed to Importer520. Not an "Apple" cable but VERY LITTLE DIFFERENCE! (see my pics for full visual comparison made 4/1/11)
I browsed Amazon for weeks teetering between about 3 different sellers for my replacement dock cables for charging/syncing my iPhone 4, iPhone 3GS, and 160Gig iPod Classic. I found these cables to be the least expensive of the ones with predominately "good" reviews. There were a few people who said they got the "real thing" when they ordered the cables as "OEM Apple cables", a few people who said the cables were good but not "OEM Apple" quality, and finally there were a few who said to "stay away from these cables" because they tore up easily. I figured I'd chance it and order them. I am VERY PLEASED that I did. I ordered the cables 3/29/11 and was given a forecasted delivery date of 4/4 to 4/7/11. I received the cables today (4/1/11). Lived up to the hype - cool product.
I try to filter out the hype that sometimes ends up in reviews on this site - but the reviews on this product seemed to have a bit of truth to them so I ordered them. I am very impressed; these really do help out.One of the biggest challenges I often have when working around the house is moving large items by myself. My wife is always willing to try and help but her will is sometimes larger than her muscles.Now, these make it much easier for us. Last weekend, we used these to move a washer and dryer from one end of the basement to the other. No problem at all. Before using these, I would have struggled to get this done but these straps made it very easy for her to help me and we got the job done quickly and probably much more safely. It was so easy I was almost laughing.Enough said... these lived up the hype. I'm very glad to own them.

Forearm forklift helped in a jam
Not to long ago I moved into a new home. I used the forearm forklift many times. I found it was ideal for moving big items, for example my 65" projection tv, which weighs roughly 350lbs. Without the forearm forklift it took 4 men to move, with the forearm forklift it took 2! The only downside to this product is using it to go up or downstairs with big items. It is not easy almost scary, I found it to be safer to not use the straps then pick them up after the steps.

Good, but not great
The forearm forklifts work very well for lifting heavy things (washers, dryers, couches, etc) on flat surfaces. When you try to go up stairs, the person on the bottom has an easy job, and the person going up at the top should probably have arms like Rocky. For going up stairs with LARGE objects, I actually have a product called "Shoulder Dolly".Forearm Forklifts are quicker for flat surfaces, but for going up stairs, you need something that goes over your shoulders.

Shoulder Dolly is a "back saver"
I used the Shoulder Dolly system to help my son and his family move. At first there was a lot of resistance to the new gadget, but by the 3rd heavy walnut chest of drawers, it was get the "strappie thing" and let's move this beast. A simple system that works extremely well. Lift with your legs/thighs and carry the weight evenly across your shoulders and not your arms and biceps. Everyone who tried it said "where do I get one, I will not move heavy furniture without it ! " Highly recommended. Follow Up: (Sept '05) bought my second set, my son would not give up the set he used to move with. I will not move furniture without one again !

Works great
Used this to haul a very heavy TV out of the basement (which we had to slide down the stairs it was so heavy). Worked great. Also moved all our furniture. We didn't have it for the move out but bought it before we moved back in and the different was huge. Makes going around corners or up and down stairs much easier.I give it only 4 stars because for the price the shoulder straps should be padded. It should also have clips or some mechanism to secure the extra strap so it is not a tripping hazard.When going up and down stairs make sure you get the item lifted as high as possible.

Works so far, but needs improvement and better instructions
We were able to use this product successfully to move a heavy TV set. When we first got the TV, we moved it "by hand" and one of us got a bad muscle strain when the TV started slipping out of our grasp. This time, with the Shoulder Dolly, we were able to move it across a room, out a door, down four steps, and set it on the ground, without much trouble.Sounds great, right? The problem is, the main carrying strap -- the big 5" wide one that passes underneath the big object -- was too long. To perform our move, we had to fold that strap over and pass it through one of the two harnesses at double thickness. It worked, but it is NOT described in the manual.Instead, the manual suggests that you contact the company to BUY MORE STRAPS of differing lengths if you face the situation we did. Gee, that's helpful advice to get when you open the package ready to perform a move. And where in this product listing does it mention the need for extra straps? Nowhere...

Shocked by how good these are.
I have a self appointed mission of finding inexpensive headphones that sound better than average. I have been on this quest for years as I am always never without my mp3 player or radio. I am rough on headphones and go through them fairly regularly. So I am always trying to find inexpensive headphones that sound better than my previous set (Skullcandy Ink'd). This time, after carefully reading reviews, I purchased 3 different headphones at once, all in the same price range (Under $15.00): The Panasonic RP-HJE120-A (Blue), The Skullcandy Jib, and The 2XL Spoke (Bounty Hunter Collection).My conclusions were that the 2XL Spoke were adequate, but a distant third place. While the 2XL had definitively better bass than the Skullcandy Ink'd, the 2XL's mids and highs were only adequate. The Skullcandy Jib completely blew the Scullcandy Ink'd away, with much better bass, mids and highs, I thought I found what I had been looking for, that my quest had ended. But there was still...

Great Headphones for a Greater Price
For about $10, these are a bargain!! Good fit and sound
I have 5 of these of various colors and purposes. These fit perfectly in my ears and are incredibly comfortable for me. I use them for everything especially for running and working out. They don't fall out like others I have owned (Koss with foamies, JVCs of a similar design, and Sony in-ear buds to name a few). I have listened to the popular "Beats by Dre" in-ear buds and still think these Panasonics sound great plus they're cheap as heck. I have a Bose ON-Ear head set that sound awesome and these little Panasonic buds are almost as good but more convenient.

Quality mount -- not cheap but low-cost (by design). Like it.
I was skeptical of this mount. Why should this be so cheap compared to other mounting kits? I ordered one (due to the price), and prepared to return it if I did not think the mount could handle the weight of the 52" LCD TV (Samsung).Once I got it, I understood the cost. Good low-cost design and built with solid heavy duty steel.- Two horizontal bars are load-bearing, and for proper VESA spacing, they have to be parallel and relative distance must be in the right tolerances. These are made of solid steel.- Two vertical bars (in the wall mount) are flimsey, and that's ok. it should be solid enough make a rectangle box w/ square angles. That's it.- Two vertical mounting (to the TV) brackets are of heavy duty metal. Making this in to two parts (not one), reduction of material, but also allows free horizontal adjustment on the TV mount.- By doing the above, the kit is small, uses less metal (and reduce shipping and material waste)...

Great TV Mount
The Cheetah mount is an incredible value. The mount is amazingly sturdy and very well built. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the parts out of the box. Then another hour to mount the TV to the brick above our fireplace. I used 4 Quicktap blue masonry anchors to attach the mount to the wall, and it is so secure I could probably hang from the TV itself.I was also pleased to find that the mount included all of the hardware (bolts, washers, spacers) that you would need to mount almost any VESA compatible flat panel. Our TV is a 52 inch Samsung (750 series) and the bolts I needed were included.Overall, a great buy.

Can't beat it for the price! Cheetah APTMM2B
Just installed my 42" Plasma in our bedroom, and here's my take:This is actually a high-quality, very sturdy mount. When I took it out of the box, I was pleasantly surprised.Now, here is the REST of the story...The directions that come with this kit are mediocre at best. The pictures are vague, and only after wrangling with this pile of metal did I figure out how this thing is supposed to be assembled. First of all, the included drywall anchors are NOT drywall anchors at all -- they are masonry mollies, and won't work with standard residential drywall. Thanks for telling me before I put 4 gigantic holes in my wall, Cheetah!So if you're using this in your home, here's what you need to do: 1. Assemble the rack on the floor/table/bed/whatever, and make sure it is square. 2. Find the wall studs, and mark them lightly with a pencil. 3. Hold the mount up on the wall where you want it, and the make sure the holes (not the "obvious" 4 holes)...
