Good spray without heavy residue
I seem to have an ongoing problem with scale on my indoor citrus so have to spray regularly. I like this because it doesn't leave a thick residue as some of the other horticultural oils do. If I take three weeks off spraying, though, some other pest will find its way onto my plants so I have to keep it up. This week it's aphids, but at least my scale has been almost eliminated. Of all the sprays I've tried, this one works the best.

GREAT FOR FUNGUS & BUGS
Half a cup of this + half a cup of Potassium Bicarbonate in 8 gallons of water per Cornell experiment killed 90% of fungus. We applied this to the soil two weeks before planting the tomatoes, cucumbers,etc. Garden looks good and the potassium is good for root growth.

Worked against scale on hibiscus
I bought this to use on my hibiscus plants which had become covered in snow scale insects. It worked very well with only 2 applications.

Volck Oil works as described
I have purchased this product twice for use on my two front yard evergreen trees. My trees have been troubled by spider mites. I have used this product to control these mites. After spraying, I have noticed marked improvement in the pine needles and even branches (branhes curve up after having curved down when infested) once the oil has taken effect. I would recommend this product for anyone having spider mite issues with tree, bushes, etc.

Preventive Action
I use Volck oil as a preventive insect damage control. The early Spring spray program really pays off later in the year. I have far fewer insects that damage the fruit in the orchard.

Works well, but must continue regimen
This solved my white fly problem for a short period of time but they just came back 2 months later. I would need to continue spraying this stuff every month to control not even eliminate the problem. These White Fly's are getting on my last nerve.
