I'm happy
wasnt sure how well this stuff would work but have to say i am very happy with the end result.heres a few snap shots of my wheels - they were alum and all discolored painted they look really sharp. I'm very happy[...]didnt use any primer .. i found this paint actually looked better without using primer. took the wheels off taped off rubber and shot them .. let them dry real good and slapped them back on .. ez.now if i can just get rid of the dam front wheel brake dust. going to install some front wheel brake dust covers to stop it.gl , Craig

Have to know how to paint to use this
First, if you do not properly prep the surface it will not work or look really bad. Chrome's shiny look comes from the surface being near perfect. for this paint to do it's job the surface must be perfectly smooth and PRIMED with the right primer. Over old paint you have to use the adhesion promoter, over metal you gotta use the right primer. THEn you need to prep the primer to be smooth and perfect with some 600 grit sandpaper, then tack cloth, and then spray the paint. After that it takes at least 2 hours to dry, not the 1 hour stated on the can. This stuff needs 2 coats to have any durability and if you really want to clearcoat it you have to wait a few days to clear it. Note: putting a clear on it will make it less "chrome"ish. and more a polished aluminum look. If you take your time and do it right, you can get it looking really good. Being non catalyzed enamel it's not durable as the real stuff and takes a really really long time to harden. If you are going to use this...

Works good and easy to use!
I used it to touch up an old plastic chrome dash emblem for a 1972 car and it looks very good. Not as good as chrome, but much much cheaper and faster. Top to learn more

Really more silver than chrome.
It's really much more of a dull silver than chrome. For small/minor touch-ups it works, but don't expect the result to be anything close to being shiny. So-so product. Top to learn more

The order was delivered on time. However, the product is a little misleading. It is not a chrome color. It is actually a glossy silver looking color. Good product from a good company
I bought this with the intention of adding a black chrome look to some of my cars interior plastic chrome peices, and it did the trick perfect. Its easy to apply and seal and the instructions are very easy to follow to get the look you want. I havent used it on metal and Im pretty sure its not intended for that application but for plastic I couldnt recommend better. Top to learn more
