To be fair about this product, understand what it is for!
I saw the other two reviews and wanted to say that my research indicates that gypsum can be very useful, for example, where patches of lawn are damaged by pet urine and the soil needs to be neutralized. Gypsum can help where more calcium is needed but unlike lime it enriches the soil without raising Ph. So, just reserach what your soil needs first before buying. As to the price, Amazon is especially convenient when you just want something delivered to the door farily quickly, but if you really want to compare prices and are willing to telephone and drive to local places, just do that! You could call local places first, then check and compare on Amazon. The other reviews are not really about this product itself.

Very easy to use
I thought I botched my first attempt at making tofu. I added the Nagari to cold soy milk and then read that the soy milk should be near boiling when you add it - Doh! I was just too impatient to get going. So I nuked the soy milk to near boiling, added more nigari and stirred and weird curds started forming. I did just about everything wrong, but decided to put the stuff into the tofu box and lo and behold, about an hour later I had a slab of real (firm) tofu that worked out right after all. I figure if I could misread the instructions and still make a decent slab of tofu, then this is a pretty foolproof method/device. Top to learn more

what can you say about a box, the size is right to make two blocks of tofu (similar to what you can buy in a regular grocery store ) the cheese cloth cleans up with ease I use it 3 times a week being able to make large amounts at one time is very helpful for busy-frugal people Top to learn more
A good kit
The tofu mold is nicely handcrafted: the pieces are even pegged together. It's basic, and easy to work with. I look forward to it getting an aged look and feel. The cheesecloth is quite strong, has a hem stitch, and just the right size for the mold. Top to learn more

Flavorless, odorless, absorbs fairly well
I've had good experiences in the past with NOW supplements, so I thought I'd give this calcium carbonate powder a try. We use it primarily with homemade soymilk, although sometimes we'll also mix it into smoothies and protein shakes. The serving size is 1 teaspoon, which packs a whopping 1200 mg calcium (120% RDA). The powder is silky, lightweight, and chalky-looking; it has no scent or flavor. It absorbs fairly well upon mixing, although obviously you'll achieve more thorough results if you use a blender or food processor than if you manually whisk it. (It isn't perfect, though, so I'm taking off one star for that.) I add enough of this powder to get 300 mg calcium per serving (1/2 cup) of soymilk (so 600 mg, or 1/2 tsp, per cup). That amount seems to work well for us, as we don't notice a difference in the texture, flavor, or creaminess of the soymilk. A 12-ounce bottle of this stuff lasts us about four months, and we use 4-6 tsp each week. I would definitely recommend... Top to learn more
