Exactly what I wanted
I don't know what printers other people have, so be aware that I have an Epson Stylus Photo 785EPX. These cards work perfectly fine for me, I've never had a problem with alignment or anything like that.The ink sets immediately, no smearing. The type is crisp like a laser printer. My colors turn out great.Since this is a matte finish card, there isn't the professional glossy look, but that's what I wanted so I'm fine with that.It's true these cards are not as thick as the super-professional ones like my husband got from his work, but then again they also paid a great deal more for their cards. For the cost of these, the thickness is fine.The edges are clean cut. Personally, I can only barely tell there's perforations.I felt like I got more than my money's worth for these cards. If I wanted a more professional look (like thicker cards, gloss), I'd naturally have to be willing to pay more.Update (9/05): The newest...

Professional Gorgeous Cards
These are GREAT. You can bleed off all four sides to create gorgeous full color cards on your ink jet printer. The only trick with the Microsoft Word template is to make a text box (insert menu > text box) that is larger than the table cell for each card so your graphics print beyond every edge. Or - make your own template in a design layout program. Then when you snap them apart - no white gaps. The paper is thick and the edges are crisp and clean.

Very nice on color laser!get StarOffice 7 for free templates
Finally I can design and print my own business cards. I have tested the Averys 8371 on my Color Laser QMS printer (QMS 2350 EN) and these avery sheets have worked wonderfully.In the software side, I just used StarOffice 7, the very affordable Office Suite for linux and windows, which includes pre-made templates for all Avery labels and sheets!Once printed, you only have to fold each line back and forth and bingo... perfect cards as if cut with a professional paper cutter. If you use a high quality printer, nobody will be able to tell your personal or business card was self-made.

Excellent cards. I used these for a long time. Cheapest price I found anywhere. I finally stopped using these because I found a printer that prints HIGH QUALITY cards for way cheaper. Color front and back..... If interested comment on this review and I will give you the info. But if you are looking to print your own these are good for front and back. Great Product
I used this product for the first time recently and was extremely pleased with the physical printing process and clarity. I use a Lexmark color laser printer set for label printing and the cards came out clean...even with me printing on both sides. I used the manual feed and put each sheet through once for the front of the card and again for the back of the card. I don't yet know what the longevity of the print is, but I'm not too concerned with that, since I believe most people use business cards for a reference to input the information into their own electronic system and toss the card into a desk drawer, file, or the trash can. It sure beats handwriting the information for them. As far as separating the cards from each other, I was amazed how cleanly they came apart. I followed the directions on the sheet, 'fold this side inward', which it indicates is very important, and they just snapped apart from the outer edge of the sheet and each other. I am truly impressed and don't...

This Avery business card stock should be called instant business cards for that it was it truly is. With a few simple steps to set up your word processor file, you can quickly produce as many or as few professional appearing business cards. The page of cards sticks together firmly and goes through the printer (well, mine anyway) without any breaking or jamming. The color sticks as cleanly as it does for any paper. And then, once you have it all printed up, just break the cards out - they come out without any ugly tabs. And voila, you have a group of high quality business cards!It probably sounds like I am going a bit over the top, right? Well, in fact, just recently I needed some business cards, and I was able to create a batch with this product in a matter of minutes. I was very pleased with the results, and think that this product is tops. I give it my highest recommendations!

Very good and easy to use, if you read my suggestions
I highly recommend this for those who only need several pieces of namecard for a meeting or an informal interview.Comments:1, it comes with a link to an Avery wizard software with templates, so it is easy to create the document for printing.2, it is pre-cut for 2x5 layout on a letter size paper, so you don't need another cutter, and feels like a formal namecard.Suggestions:1, if you have a PDF creater, print the card from adobe reader rather than MS word.2, before printing, set the printer's output quality to 'best' for better alignment with the pre-cut lines. Positioning of normal quality on my HP inkjet is too bad for this printing.I created my first set of namecard in an hour.

better than buying a 1000-stack at vistaprint
good quality biz card stock, make sure you either cut them out with a sharp cutter or fold them back and forth before tearing it apart (and slowly!), coz otherwise you can fuzzy edges that tells everyone you print them off yourself cheap. form fits well with MSWord preset template. and you can update the look and info on your biz card with every printed batch! much better especially for biz starters who aren't quite sure what to write on the card in the beginning.

Couldn't be better.
You expect Avery products to be outstanding and this is no exception. I have generally used their Avery's Laser cards and was reluctant to use the InkJet cards because of previous problems with a competitor's product, specifically, a film coating and poor seperation of the cards. Neither was a problem with the Avery cards!I now have color cards, print quality is great even with photograpic images. Seperating the card is quick, easy and the result is outstanding if not perfect.

Love these cards
These go through my HP inkjet perfectly and break absolutly cleanly. They hold ink really well and provide the ultimate in convienience when you need to quickly make a change to your cards - like for a special conference or meeting. Nice and nice value too.
