Hard Core Sit-ups
My personal trainer recommended using this smaller ball as support when doing sit-ups as it really works the core. Crunches and regular sit-ups tend not to work all the stomach muscles or is [....] the back. However, when used at base of your back, this ball really helps focus on the core muscles. I highly recommend this product.

great buy
I use this ball to do crunches. It works the muscles of the back in addition to the abs, and gives you amazing overall abdominal strength. It's the same product as the green Bender Ball that's advertised on TV (I bought one of those too, not as high quality). Only thing is it doesn't come with an excercise DVD, but you can buy one seperately (I just bought the "Pilates Mini-Ball Advanced Workout" coincidentally by Leslee Bender of the Bender Ball). There are many other things to do with this little guy besides abs. Very good quality and you really don't need a pump to inflate it! So cheap too!

Think small for good toning
I ordered this mini exercise ball for use in my daily stretching. I use it every day for situps (pressed between my knees) and bicycles. I also use it to stretch backwards by arching my back over it from a sitting position. It provides good support. It is easy to keep in the living room, out of the way since it is small. Unfortunately my kids love it for a soccer ball. It did ship fast as promised. I'd recommend it.

The dvd's are short and have three levels of intensity. The exercises do indeed work your abs hard. You want to get the Bender Ball from Amazon - NOT the bender ball website or you end up joining essentially a dvd club (whether you wanted to or not) that is next to impossible to get them to stop charging you for!

Like it!
I bought this at Walmart, so I didn't have the DVD club issues others have had. It is just a little ball, but I think the exact size of it is important for it to work right, and also the flexibility of the rubber, so I would still buy this over a kids ball.I also like the DVDs that came with it. I tend to need instruction and reminders, and the videos keep me honest and keep me from stopping a few reps early;-)

Great for lower back pain
I was told several years ago to do crunchs for the never ending lower back pain that I have been experiencing for years. Well doing crunches flat on the floor was very uncomfortable, which made it harder for me to want to do them. Then I found the pilates ball, and all the neck strain that goes with regular crunches does not exisit when doing crunches with the ball just below the curve of the lower back.

Mini-ball
This ball is great. I had relatively strong abs but not really any definition. I need to do at least 100 situps before I can feel the burn and that takes a lot of time and is uncomfortable. With the ball I do less sit-ups and my abs are becoming more defined. I don't use it all the time so I can't attest to weight loss, but it does work well on your abs for definition.

Exercise ball as advertised
I had my therapist deflate the exercise ball a little so that I could do the "turning head" exercise they are having me do to relieve neck pain. It works fine! It's much easier to turn my head without pain while lying in bed with slightly deflated ball.

Tough little ball
Basic, tough exercise ball. Has a good texture -- not slippery and it does not stink like some plastic products. Holds it air without fail.The inflation straw works okay, but if you have less than 100% lung capacity, someone may have to help wit inflation. I also have a small pump that came with a larger ball that would provide an easier way to inflate.

Works perfectly for my exercises
I currently am doing physical therapy for back problems and needed a small somewhat flexible ball for a particular exercise. The Bodysport Mini Fusion works perfectly for this exercise. It does need to be re-inflated every so often, but the straw makes it easy to do.
