down 14 lbs and still in progress
I'm a week and half shy of completing my 24 day challenge. After the first phase, the "Cleanse" phase, I had lost 9 lbs. I'm actually FEELING better, and regardless of the weight loss, that's enough for me! The Spark is amazing. I actually look forward to taking it..and guess what? My "energy drink" actually gives me energy ;-) I think its something worth trying for sure. I've struggled with weight my entire life, and even if I don't lose any more weight, 14 lbs lost is amazing for me, and I'm thrilled.I know different things work for different bodies. Amazing and True
I am only 5 days into the 24 day challenge and already down 6lbs, but more importantly I feel awesome! No cravings I am a 3 a day pop drinker and I haven't missed it one bit with Spark to take it's place. I also have tried other cleanses and this one is very gentle, but effective. I have struggled with my weight for years and recently the motivation to want to lose weight now I feel it's possible I feel motivated to do it and I know I'm getting healthy doing it. Give it a try what do you have to lose...except lbs!

I've used Advocare in the past and figured I'd share the info with anyone curious.Anyone who wants to do an herbal cleanse, I HIGHLY recommend this product to any other. Other cleanse products often make you really sick or you can't stay off the toilet. With the Advocare cleanse, I almost felt like I was more "Regular" when I wasn't taking the cleanse, but when I went, it was big and healthy; no runs. I used a very very strict fruit, tuna, lean meat diet and had awesome results. I dropped weight, but that will happen with any cleanse, cleaning out your system and being on a strict diet. The product itself is like drinking wheat-like tiny slices of grass and it's very thick. It's the texture that is unpleasant, but it's totally doable.The spark product is delicious and awesome. Definitely kept me drinking water and I used it all- the fruit punch is so good. The omega-plex is just like fish oil, I would rather rave the money that use their's, but it's a package...

Seriously works, incredible value.
Well for one thing, this product works. Very, very well. I've used many different shakers for making protein shakes or whatever else and this one is far and away the best.It seals really well, nothing leaks out and nothing is a mess. It's easy to clean. And best of all it really really blends whatever is inside.I put 4 big scoops of powder into this guy and some water and such and then even crushed ice, and it blends everything together very nicely. No chunks no leaking no mess and even blends the ice in nicely.Don't bother with other shakers.

Best Protein Shake Maker Around
Like the prior reviewer, I have tried in frustration to use the cheap, freebie mixers from supplement orders. All suffered from two problems; leaks (protein shake on your gym shirts/shorts - Arrgh.) and poor mixing of whey protein and other powders.This shaker bottle has a tight fitting screw on lid, and a securely closing pop-open top that have never leaked, not once.I thought that the stainless steel "blender ball" seemed like a gimmick but it WORKS GREAT, mixing even hard-to-mix supps like BCAAs well. Whey powder, Gatorade powder and such are a breeze. Just make sure you have an ounce or two of liquid on the bottom before adding powder and you're set.

Works perfectly
This product does exactly what it's supposed to do, blends powders for drinks. I've used several other protein shakers in the past, most specifically the and I always have drinks that come out not completely mixed. It's pretty disgusting to be drinking a protein shake and take a bit out of a big clump of unblended whey powder. I can vigorously shake one of those shakers for 20 minutes and not get results as effective as 10 seconds with the Blenderbottle. It doesn't even require much effort, since the blenderball does most of the work (rather than your arm). The lid on the top fits very snugly. Unlike other shakers where I have to hold down the lid to prevent it from opening up while I'm shaking it and spraying my drink everywhere, the lid on the Blenderbottle is very secure. I did intensive research before deciding on Life Extension's Super Omega-3. It gives me a decent amount of quality Omega-3 at an excellent price. And I have not been disappointed. My pre-menopause hot flashes and night sweat went away after I took it for a few months. My friend said her chest pain went away after she took it for a few weeks and now her whole extended families are on Life Extension Super Omega-3 because many of them experienced better health. I came to realize that our inadequate diet caused our premature aging. If I change my car's oil every few thousand miles faithfully, why am I not giving my body the oil it needs to function properly?! Our bodies rely on food to supply Omega-3 so do yourself a favor, starting taking fish oil! Buy what ever brand you feel that's right for you but do read the label to know how much you are getting from each capsule. And by the way, my friends and I don't have the fishy smell problem with Life Extension like the other review...

It works!
17 pounds in 20 days!!! This is not a gimmicky, nasty tasting shake--you'll be peasantly surprised at how good the powder smells as soon as you open the package. I hit upon the perfect shake after just a few experiments-- (I wasn't too thrilled with the mix-in packets--too artificial tasting)2 scoops of mix, 14 oz nonfat milk, and a scant tablespoon of unsweetened 100% cocoa powder, and you are in Chocolate heaven! Two of these shakes a day, two fruit snacks, and a sensible, low carb dinner have produced amazing results. As a type 2 diabetic, I have seen my glucose levels plummet to near normal, and I have energy and an incredible sense of well being (must be all that chocolate!)

Great Shakes
Visalus is awesome..You can mix fat-free milk w/any types of fruits, which really enhances the shake. I would be cautious however if you are sweet sensitive, the mix is very sweet, but the more fruits you add, the better it is!

Huge pills but do the job
This product was featured on Dr Oz as being the 1 of 2 Omega 3 suppliments that have enough DHA/EPA in it to be effective. The other brand was advocare omegaplex omega 3 fatty acid. These products passed the consumer lab tests. So I gave it 4 stars cuz of the cost - geez!
