Product Description

Plastic cup holder is slotted on two sides to hold a cup with handles and is accessible to left or right-handed people. It can also hold a glass, can or bottle. The rugged plastic clamp has a large easy to tighten lever knob. The clamp fits a 1" diameter tube and comes with a sleeve to reduce it to fit 7/8" tube frames. Top to learn more

Very good, but could be better.
The holder is great for attching to horizontal bars on walkers, etc. They are hard to come by. The dimensions of the clamp are slightly larger than my mother's walker bar but I just added tape around the walker to make up the difference. Once attached I hnoticed that the blue portion of the holder is a littler softer plastic and when a cup is placed in it, it tends to lean slightly. This can cause spillage on tall drinking cups if filled high. It is definately the best thing I could find and I am reasonably satisfied with it. It is serving the purpose it was intended to.

A great workout
As someone who sits in a wheelchair all day every day I am always on the lookout for well thought out workouts they help me maintain the best level of fitness that I can. This workout is challenging but doable. you feel it but it does not strain my many arthritic joints. They are actually less painful after the tape It also is vigorous enough to help me control my blood sugars.

A basic guide... with comments on overlooked areas
Since much has changed in the world of wheelchair technology, funding, CMS coding and wheelchair standards in the past few years, I was eager to review the book for evidence of those changes. The book reflects professional expertise but is short on a few of the fine points that are important to end users. I am also a wheelchair seating and mobility clinician and have focused research interest in the area of wheelchair transportation safety. Since I believe the purpose of a wheelchair is to get people out and into the community, I think the entire issue of using a crash-tested wheelchair and crash tested occupant restraints was inadequately covered. Absorbing, satisfying page turner
I connected immediately with the characters, I felt they could be my own friends or family because they're so real. The setting and issues are intense in a way that pulled me in and kept me up all night until I finished the book. Fighting forest fires, the people who live in this beautiful but sometimes risky environment, and the timely significance of a wounded veteran who has to come to terms with how life will now always be -- it's a moving, powerful combination. Won't give any spoilers, just that I was very glad to have found this author and I'll definitely be on the lookout for more of her books. Highly, highly recommended.
